All things work together for my good

Life can sometimes just now work out. And it’s really easy to thing that He doesn’t care about you. It can be a bit of a cop out to say that God knows what he is doing even when things are rubbish, but if you consider the illustration, if you’re life is anchored into God, no matter what happens, you can be sure that things will work out in the end.
But hold on, does that mean that God makes bad stuff happen? No. God doesn’t want bad stuff to happen at all. Its a consequence of his love for us that he gives us, and other people, completely free will. That means that if someone, by their own free will, decides they want to hurt me, God won’t necessarily step in and stop them. If they are determined to hurt me, then they will. Does that mean God is powerless? No. But it does mean that he allows things to happen.
In the Psalms there are plenty of times that the writers cry out to God for justice when it isn’t fair.
Ok, so bad stuff happens. What then? Well just because bad stuff has happened doesn’t mean that God can’t make it so that even the bad things that happen leads eventually to his will being done.
